Abstract

 

Pelaksanaan sistem keselamatan pasien meliputi identifikasi, pengelolaan risiko pasien, pelaporan atas analisis insiden, kemampuan belajar dari insiden berikut tindak lanjutnya, serta implementasi solusi untuk meminimalkan timbulnya risiko dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya cedera yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan. Budaya keselamatan pasien memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pasien.. Masalah utama pada pelaksanaan sistem keselamatan pasien dalah kepatuhan pelabelan obat high alert oleh farmasi di setiap unit yang belum sesuai dengan standar hal ini dapat meningkatkan insiden keselamatan pasien yang terjadi di rumah sakit adanya insiden tersebut dapat menyebabkan mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit akan menurun. Metode penelitian ini adalah telaah artikel dengan menggunakan data base internasional. Pencarian literature untuk keaslian penelitain ini menggunakan artikel yang berbahasa inggris yang berasal dari Scopus, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, PubMed dan Google Scholar mulai tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Pencarian literature menggunakan keyword “knowledge management,  “the patient’s safety culture Attitude”, Reporting” dan Incident,. Hasil pemilihan artikel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi 15 artikel, kemudian diberikan nomor seri dan dilakukan analisis artikel untuk memudahkan proses peninjauan.  Kesimpulan dari proses analisis knowledge management dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar pengembangan model budaya keselamatan pasien
