Penerapan Acceptance and Commitment Therapy pada Manajemen Layanan Rumah Sakit : Systematic Review

Abstract
Keluarga pasien gangguan jiwa kerap menghadapi beban psikologis yang berat, stres, serta kesiapan rendah dalam proses perawatan dan rehabilitasi anggota keluarga. Manajemen layanan rumah sakit yang komprehensif, termasuk pendekatan psikoterapi seperti Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), berpotensi meningkatkan kesiapan keluarga dalam mendukung pasien. Systematic review ini bertujuan menganalisis bukti ilmiah terkait penerapan ACT dalam konteks manajemen layanan rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kesiapan keluarga pasien gangguan jiwa. Tinjauan dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA dengan pencarian artikel pada PubMed, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, dan Google Scholar periode 2013–2023. Kata kunci yang digunakan meliputi: “Acceptance and Commitment Therapy”, “family readiness”, “mental health patients”, “hospital service management”, dan “psychiatric disorders”. Studi yang diinklusikan adalah penelitian kualitatif, kuantitatif, maupun campuran yang mengevaluasi efektivitas ACT pada keluarga pasien gangguan jiwa di rumah sakit. Dari 1.248 artikel yang diidentifikasi, 6 memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Temuan menunjukkan ACT meningkatkan kesiapan keluarga melalui penerimaan kondisi pasien, pengurangan stres, penguatan komitmen perawatan, serta peningkatan fleksibilitas psikologis. Integrasi ACT dalam protokol rumah sakit melalui edukasi keluarga, pelatihan tenaga kesehatan, dan pendampingan psikologis memperbaiki kualitas layanan serta dukungan sistemik. ACT terbukti efektif meningkatkan kesiapan keluarga pasien gangguan jiwa. Rekomendasi meliputi pelatihan staf, pengembangan modul ACT berbasis keluarga, dan integrasi dalam alur layanan rumah sakit psikiatri
