Abstract

Pendokumentasian klaim pelayanan jaminan kesehatan sangat penting karena berdampak pada penerimaan dan penolakan klaim. Masalah pendokumentasian di Indonesia menyebabkan tertundanya pembayaran klaim pelayanan jaminan kesehatan setiap bulannya sekitar 2,5% - 47,7% yang menyebabkan kas rumah sakit terganggu. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan keterikatan kerja terhadap pendokumentasian klaim pelayanan jaminan kesehatan yang dimediasi penggunaan rekam medis elektronik di RSKD Duren Sawit. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausalitas dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan Juni – Juli 2023. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh dokter fungsional di RSKD Duren Sawit yang berjumlah 74 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dokter penanggung jawab pelayanan yang berjumlah 40 orang dan respon rate 85% (34 responden). Variabel budaya organisasi, keterikatan kerja serta penggunaan rekam medis elektronik (RME) menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner dengan respon skala 1–4 dan pendokumentasian klaim pelayanan jaminan kesehatan menggunakan data sekunder. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Dari total 34 responden sebagian besar perempuan (70,6%), usia <40 tahun (41,2%), dengan masa kerja 2 - <5 tahun (32,4%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penggunaan RME merupakan variabel mediator antara keterikatan kerja dengan pendokumentasian klaim pelayanan jaminan kesehatan. Keterikatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan RME, dan penggunaan RME berpengaruh terhadap pendokumentasian klaim layanan jaminan kesehatan. Implikasi penelitian adalah penggunaan RME diperlukan untuk peningkatan kualitas pendokumentasian klaim pelayanan jaminan kesehatan
