ABSTRAK
Terapi musik adalah metode berbasis bukti. Mendengarkan musik menstimulasi pendengaran dan otak manusia, Musik dalam beberapa hal berkhasiat bagi manusia karena musik memainkan peran penting dalam rehabilitasi cedera otak. Musik membangkitkan kenangan pada periode-periode kehidupan tertentu, kejadian tertentu atau orang dan tempat tertentu. Tujuan dari tinjauan literatur ini adalah untuk menentukan peran musik pada pasien pasca trauma amnesia. Metode penelitian ini menelusuri hasil publikasi ilmiah melalui basis data yang digunakan dalam bentuk PubMed, GoogleSchoolar, Proquest, Science Direct. Hasil tinjauan jurnal menunjukkan bahwa terapi musik adalah latihan kognitif terbaik dalam pemulihan fungsional yang dapat mengembalikan fungsi memori, perhatian, orientasi dan hasil perilaku. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi musik membantu pemulihan fungsi kognitif dan tidak memiliki efek berbahaya.
