Abstract

Kinerja perawat dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan professional memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi manajemen rumah sakit, hal ini disebabkan oleh jumlah profesi mayoritas yang berada di rumah sakit adalah perawat. Perawat juga merupakan profesi yang memiliki hubungan sangat dekat dengan pasien dan keluarga, sehingga perawat dapat selalu bertanggung jawab dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan yang diberikan selama 24 jam kepada pasien. Kualitas asuhan keperawatan juga dipengaruhi oleh metode asuhan keperawatan professional yang digunakan, beberapa rumah sakit mengunakan model tim untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan telaah sistematik mengenai upaya pengembangan MAKP Tim menggunakan knowledge management. Metode penelitian ini adalah tinjauan sistematis (systematic review). pencarian literatur menggunakan database lima database dengan kriteria kualitas tinggi dan sedang, yaitu Scopus, ProQuest, Science Direct dan PubMed. Sebelum melanjutkan pada pencarian artikel atau jurnal harus menggunakan dan boolean operator (AND, OR NOT or AND NOT). Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian literatur ini adalah sebagai berikut “knowledge management”,“quality”,. Kriteria pencarian literatur berdasarkan PICOS. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah  terdapat 217 artikel ditemukan, berasal dari empat database: 5 Scopus, 113 ProQuest, 83 Science Direct dan 16 PubMed. Hasil pemilihan artikel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi 15 artikel, kemudian diberikan nomor seri dan dilakukan analisis artikel untuk memudahkan proses peninjauan.  Kesimpulan dari proses analisis artikel ini adalah knowledge management dapat terintegrasi dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja perawat dalam melaksanakan MAKP Tim.
